MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of cross media marketing and communication projects. In addition to supporting the marketing department, the position will be responsible for online marketing initiatives including SEM, web campaigns, App marketing and social media relations. This function reports to the Digital Sales and Marketing Director.

DUTIES

  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to improve awareness, drive engagement and adoption of the Company’s mobile ECG solution and data services (SaaS)
  • Develop and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns together with the Marketing Director
  • Develop and manage online and offline marketing content (website, landing pages, apps, brochures, promotion clips etc.) partly in cooperation with external agencies
  • Utilize a range of digital techniques including (e.g. SEO, SEA, Google-Analytics etc.)
  • Day-to-day management and execution of social media presence (including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Corporate blog, YouTube and emerging platforms)
  • Supporting journalists and bloggers on physician and cardiology focused blogs and online communities
  • Obtain and effectively use customer and physician testimonials in campaigns
  • Develop, track and report on KPIs
  • Track market conditions, consumer trends and competitors

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred
  • 3+ years of professional internet marketing experience
  • Experience in B2C digital communications
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Excellent copywriting skills in German and English
  • Must be proficient with Apple-OS, all Microsoft Office programs, graphics programs (e.g. GIMP, Photoshop etc.) and iOS and Android based app stores
  • Experienced in internet applications such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Insights, Google Alerts, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience conducting social media campaigns, growing fan base and engaging customers through Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Prior blogging or writing experience preferably for a B2C organization in the technology sector
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM software
  • Early adopter of emerging technology
  • EU work permit

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for communication with customers, order handling and billing, and supporting the sales and marketing functions of the company. This function reports to the Sales and Marketing Director.

DUTIES

  • Manage customer queries courteously via e-mail, phone or fax
  • Manage customer accounts and customer data administration in the company’s ERP system
  • Process orders, invoices, shipments and returns
  • Prepare product quotations for customers
  • Log and track all customer complaints and feedback in the CRM-System
  • Share customer feedback with the Marketing and R&D Department in accordance with the company’s QMS
  • Provide the Sales and Marketing Director with CRM data to track complaints and quality of service
  • Together with the Marketing Director, develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
  • Inform customers about the company’s positioning, its service and product offerings

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Higher education
  • Experience working in an ERP system, preferably Open ERP
  • Experience working with a webshop, preferably xt-Commerce (Veyton) and Open ERP
  • Must be proficient with Apple-OS, all Microsoft Office programs and iOS and Android based app stores
  • Experience with Internet applications such as Google, Firefox and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys being in contact with customers
  • Ability to handle customers in a friendly and supportive manner
  • Experience in a consumer (B2C) business
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
  • Self-driven and solution-oriented
  • Enjoys using and discovering new technologies
  • Willing to work independently yet take direction openly
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
  • Preference to work in a start-up environment
  • Work in Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany
